Sculpt & Sip – Pottery Painting Workshop Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place at the workshop.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person, but please notify us in advance with the new attendee’s name. Sculpt and Sip cannot be involved in the facilitation of ticket transfers to other individuals.
3. Workshop Details
The workshop will take place from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at Campfield, Manchester, Lower Byrom St, Manchester M3 4FP. Please arrive on time to ensure you are able to enjoy the full workshop experience.
4. Pottery Glazing & Firing
After the workshop, all pottery pieces will be taken away to be professionally glazed and kiln-fired. This process typically takes 3-4weeks, although timing may vary.
5. Collection of Finished Pieces
You will receive an email notification once your pottery is ready for collection. Finished items must be collected within 4 weeks of this email notification. Unfortunately, due to limited storage space, we cannot guarantee items will be kept beyond this timeframe.
6. Damage or Breakage
While every care is taken during the glazing and firing process, pottery can occasionally crack or break in the kiln due to the nature of ceramics. Sculpt & Sip cannot guarantee against kiln-related breakage and cannot offer replacements in these rare instances.
7. Photography
Photos or short videos may be taken during the workshop for marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let a member of the team know at the start of the session.
8. Changes to the Event
Sculpt & Sip reserves the right to make minor changes to the workshop if necessary. In the unlikely event the workshop must be cancelled, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
